Our garage door wouldn’t open so I called Door Doctor to see if someone was available to come look at it. I’m a new customer, but they scheduled my appointment within 2 days. Dan R was my tech. He showed up and immediately figured out what the problem was. He also found that the safety wasn’t set correctly and resolved the issue. He was polite, professional and friendly. I will definitely call Door Doctor for service again if we have an issue!
