My very old Craftsman garage door opener broke on a Saturday and I called the Door Doctor, based on the great reviews I found online. We worked on a day that worked for both of us for a service appointment. They said they would be here between 8-11, Mister Paul, as my two-year old called him, was here at 8:15. Mister Paul looked at the situation, was prepared (had parts to fix), and was here for an hour and a half, ensuring everything worked perfectly before he left. It’s very hard to find someone who does what they say they’ll do, for the amount of money they initially quoted, in the amount of time they said they would need, even given unexpected circumstances. I highly recommend Door Doctor – ask for Mister Paul, if you can get him!
